7. Pillar 1: Business Control - Offer Terms & Conditions
Aspri Consulting will carry out one Pillar 1: Business Control diagnostic and provide the resulting report at no cost to eligible new clients. By claiming it, you agree to the terms below.
a. What's included
The offer covers a single Pillar 1: Business Control diagnostic and its written report (normally a fixed‑price engagement). It does not include Pillars 2 to 5, the Data Foundation, the Aspri AI Operating System, implementation, or any follow‑on work — all of which are charged at our standard prices.
b. Who's eligible
The offer is open to established UK businesses that have not previously engaged Aspri Consulting, whether on a paid basis or at no cost. It applies to a business's first engagement with us only.
c. One per business
One Pillar 1 report at no cost is available per business, or per group of associated businesses under common ownership. It cannot be claimed more than once, split across entities, or combined with any other offer.
d. How to claim
Contact us and tell us where the business feels stuck. We'll confirm whether Pillar 1 is the right place to start and, if so, agree a start date. Bookings are subject to our availability.
e. What we need from you
To complete the diagnostic we need reasonable and timely access to the information it depends on — the intake questionnaires, the documents listed in your intake pack, and a conversation with the owner or managing director. If that information isn't provided within a reasonable period, we may be unable to complete the report, and the offer may lapse.
f. Timeframe
Pillar 1 typically takes two to four weeks from the point we have what we need. Timings are indicative and depend on scheduling and on your input.
g. No cash alternative
The offer has no cash value. It cannot be exchanged for money, credited against other work, or transferred to another business.
h. No obligation
Receiving your Pillar 1 report at no cost places you under no obligation to buy any further work. If you decide to go further, subsequent work is quoted and agreed separately, at a fixed price, before it begins.
i. Our discretion
We may decline the offer where a business falls outside the clients we serve, where there is a conflict of interest, or where we reasonably consider the request has not been made in good faith.
j. The report
The report is prepared for the named client and is private and confidential. It is a directional diagnostic based on the information provided; it is not audited, and it is not legal, financial, tax or accounting advice. Any decision taken on the basis of it remains the responsibility of the business's directors, who should take professional advice where appropriate.
k. Changes and withdrawal
We may amend or withdraw this offer at any time. The terms in force on the date we agree your start date are the ones that apply to you.
l. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
